Our company established casting factory in 2014, including gray iron, ductile iron and aluminum casting. Gray iron and ductile iron are mainly using resin sand, green sand and precoated sand moulding process, annual production capacity is 4000 tons. Aluminum casting are mainly gravity casting and low pressure casting, annual production capacity is 1200 tons. We have testing machines of sand property test equipment, spectrum analyzer, micro-structure analyzer and tensile machine.
